I dropped off my 2008 Road King classic for an extended crank to start and hesitation on acceleration. I have to say the bike has never ran better. The mechanic did an excellent job.

2024 Tri Glide purchase, add-ons, and 1000 mile service
In early Spring of this year I purchased a 2024 Tri Glide, got a nice deal on both the price of the trike and add ons including luggage rack, bumper, etc. Great sales experience! 6 weeks later I took delivery.
Prior to delivery I also purchased handlebars, heated grips & extended cables and lines. OSHD Parts Staff was FANTASTIC in helping me chose the parts both HD and aftermarket. I enjoy doing my own maintenance and installs. However, I had a couple of questions during the install of the handlebars which OSHD Service Techs provided me with the info I needed. When the Service Tech says that they will call you back, The actually do! Kudos to them.
Lastly, when I brought my Trike in for it's 1000 mile checkup the Service tech made several adjustments correcting some factory settings! Very haapy with service!
Added note: I keep my trike immaculate and when I got it back from Service it was spotless. Not even a fingerprint!

Trip Saver
On a recent ride from PA, a front wheel bearing on my RoadKing was starting to fail. OSHD was able to get me in on a Saturday and have the bearings replaced and back on the road to complete the trip and ride back home. One of the perks of owning a Harley is the vast dealer networks that are able to provide emergency service when far from home. OSHD did just that and it was appreciated. Thanks

Superb Buying Experience
Russ’ OSHD employees are truly some of the most helpful and nicest people. The staff remembers your name and greets you when they see you. The store was really clean and so were the motorcycles unlike other Harley-Davidson dealerships in the state. The staff from sales, parts, and financing are all very knowledgeable and know how to do their jobs. Because of that, my buying experience was stress free and super easy! Definitely recommend doing business with them.

OSHD sold me my first Tri Glide in 2021 after saving for a long time. I purchased a beautiful pre-owned trike for a very fair price. I was excited to make this purchase.
